OH SO MAC..

Hello Everyone! I'm doing a very quick blog post as its my little brothers 12th birthday today and we are getting ready for tonight. I have been wanting a MAC lipstick for a while now but just didn't know what colour t get, I'm not to keen on really bright colours or too light colours so when i saw this one i automatically loved it as its not either. It's called Hue ad the colour is a soft, pale, pink which i love, its only £13.50 so i defiantly think ill be snapping this up soon!

I will do another post later when i get the time!

The One The Only... CARRIE BRADSHAW

Okay so Sex and the City has always, always been a pleasure of mine, and out of all four girls Carrie was ALWAYS my favourite. The way she expresses herself through her style is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. She always looked so beautiful and never to try hard. Carrie will always be on of my top Style Icons ever!!! some people say to me 'you're to young to dress like her' I'm sorry but i think i that it doesn't matter how old you are you wear what you want to wear when you want to wear it. And i don't think anyone can agree that in any of these pictures she looks bad, she always knows how to dress to suit her.

Litte Things, and pretty trinkets..

Hello guys! i haven't done a outfit post in a while as i haven't been looking or feeling my best. So i decided to post a few pics of little pics. The first picture is of my beauty cupboard it's basically full of my beauty products and i have to say i use them all the time, i have the batiste dry shampoo which is a godsend when you out and about, and my LUSH! Happy Hippie shower gel is my favourite one ever it smells so good and defiantly wakes you up in the mornings.

The second picture is of my necklace with my name on it! It was from Hawkins Bazaar and i got it around 5 years ago from my muma. I wear it all the time and never really take it of apart from when i took this picture! Oh and just in case anyones wondering the mirror behind is from boots and cost £10! Hope you are all well!

Just the essentials..

 Hello guys! i haven't had any time to do and outfit post tonight so i thought id just show you a few of my essential bits! The first picture is of the Fearne Cotton Travel compact i got for Christmas, i love it as the eyeshadows are all beautiful colours and the lipstick i got with it is gorgeous it's like a candy floss pink!

The second pic is of all the bits that belong in my makeup bag, i use Maybeline cat eyes mascara, Benefit's Coralista blusher, Soap and Glory Arch De triumph brow liner and highlighter, and TOWIE bronzer which is a godsend in itself. 

The third picture is of my two new perfumes, they are TOWIE dazzle which i love because not only does it smell lovely but the bottle is gorgeous, and the second is the SO Kiss Me perfume which is probably my favourite because it's got a lovely sweet smell and makes me feel all fresh when i wear it.

The fourth and final picture is of what i use on my skin on a daily basis, the St.Ives apricot scrub is my best ever beauty product I've been using it for three years and i can always count on it to sort my skin
out for me, the Simple wipes are handy to remove all traces of makeup too!

Time for a bit of a tan..

Hello guys! I didn't manage to do an outfit post yesterday as i was getting ready to go back to school but i hope I'm making up for it today! i have had so much to get done so i very quickly thought I'd show you my latest bargain. My outfit post today is pretty simple just a plain dress. I found this dress in a sale in Ark i immediately fell in love with it as its not to showy but nice and simple, i love the tan colour and i love how it clinches in at the middle. I think my favourite thing about this dress in the collar, i love how its shaped like a flower petal and how it sits neatly around the neckline.  I don't usually like the tan colour on clothes but when i tried this on i just thought 'what the hell', and for £13.50 i just couldn't resist! Hope you are all well and i will keep posting little bits and bobs tomorrow:-)

Be Confident.. You are beautiful.

Right I've been thinking and WHY is there so much pressure nowadays to look a certain way? i don't see why people can't be grateful for what they were given. It doesn't matter if your a size 14-20 or a size 6-10 your all beautiful in your own way! And no one should ever make you feel like you need to change your weight, hair colour or the way you dress. It's good to be different and have a unique style we don't all have to be the same in what we do, say, wear, or look like. It doesn't matter if that hot boy doesn't like your eye colour or the amount of freckles on your face, i can guarantee there is some other boy who adores your eye colour and your freckles on your face and thinks your beautiful the way you are. The point I'm getting at is we are ALL beautiful despite what anyone else says, we all deserve someone who will see that beauty isn't just on the outside it comes from within too.

Outfit Post!!

Okay so this is my first ever outfit post I've done since starting my blog so please go easy I'm still trying to come to grips with my new camera too! I snapped this top up in River Island yesterday, the leopard design is what first caught my eye, and when i tried it on i just fell in love with the way it  drapes over. The shorts are about 2years old! I'm thinking of sewing some white lace onto the bottom of them to make them more glamorous, because as you can see their pretty plain at the moment. My hair had been a mess all day I've been using Aussie but it's not getting rid of the dryness of my hair!!! I think a salon visit is in order! My socks (well of what you can see) are from River Island too, they were about £3.00. I Will try and do at least one outfit post a day, but i will aways be posting pictures of what bargains Ive been snapping up too:-)

-What is your current facial wash? simple
-Do you exfoliate? sometimes
-What brand do you use? St.Ives apricot scrub/simple
-What moisturiser do you use? It varies from N07 to simple, to clean and clear
-Do you have freckles? yeah quite a few actually!
-Do you use eye cream? Nope
-Do you or did you have acne prone skin? nope never
-Did you ever have to use Pro-activ? no... Heard it's good tho!
-What foundation do you use? At the moment I'm using Rimmel, but usually it's Max-factor
-How about concealer? i actually don't use concealer
-Do you know your undertone colour? Nope-What do you think of fake eyelashes? think there great, especially when your off out!-Did you know that you are suppose to change your mascara every 3 months? Yes but the chance of me changing mine every three months is slim to none!!!-What brand of mascara do you use? well i love love love max-factor false lash effect, but at the moment I'm stealing my mums Yve Saint Laurent false lash mascara:D
Sephora or MAC? MAC all the way!!!!!
-Do you have a MAC Pro-card? No
-What makeup tools do you use in make up application? normally eyelash curlers and powder brushes!
-Do you use make-up base/primer for the eyes? i don't nope.
-For the face? no
-What is your favourite eyeshadow (colour or shade)? hmm either Revlon or loreal (dunno the shades but the colours are gold and pastel pinks)
-Do you use pencil or liquid eyeliner? i've started using liquid liner
-How often do you poke your eyes with an eyeliner pencil? not much actually!
-What do you think of pigment eyeshadows? There alright!
-Do you use mineral makeup? hmmm can do sometimes
-What is your favourite lipstick? ooooo well i got a gorgeous one in the Fearne Cotton travel compact it's  candyfloss pink colour! but i normally like quite pale shades..but i also hear the Topshop lipsticks are amazing too! and MAC

-Did you ever consider taking make-up classes? nah my mums a beauty therapist, learn it all from her!
-Are you clumsy in putting on makeup? not now, I've become much better:)
-Name a makeup crime that you hate? when people don't apply there mascara properly and it end up all over there eyes! oh and foundation lines! 
-Do you like colourful shades of makeup (lipstick,eyeshadow) or neutral ones? neutral for daytime, evening can be colourful
-Which celebrity always has great make up? Mollie King&Diane Kruger
-If you could leave the house using just ONE make up item,what would you use? mascara
-Could you ever leave the house without any makeup on? Yes I'm not that bad.

HAPPY NEW YEAR.

WELL...my night consisted of Archers and dancing around to 80's music so it was pretty good. I'm hoping 2012 is full of lots of opportunities and a year where everything falls into place, I'm starting college in may to study Beauty Therapy which i am thoroughly looking forward to!and the new arrival of my baby sister in march is probably going to be the highlight of the year! I will do a post later on some new goodies i have been buying in the sales and will do a sneaky outfit post too:-)

But in the meantime how gorgeous is this dress!!!
